We feel very strongly about the following issues at Shrew and would like to spread not only laughter, but information that may encourage others to 'get active'.

Many people feel completely helpless when faced with the daunting task of trying to make a difference and to begin to contribute to the scores of worthy causes out there, so they often do nothing at all because it's all too hard! Activist Shrew has been signing petitions and writing eMails to politicians for some time now and quite often regails us with news about 'victories' that have happened as a result of mass on-line actions, so always know you can make a difference - YOU REALLY CAN!
